\u003cli\u003eAnswers attorney telephones as requested and conveys urgent messages using email, voicemail, or other methods as requested.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003ePrepares Zoom reports, such as 194 expiration reports, EAD/AP expiration reports, and AOS priority date reports monthly, as well as client specific reports. Enters information into Zoom as requested.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eReviews, sorts and dates mail; maintains files.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAssists attorneys in scheduling travel and prepares expense reports.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAssists in preparing for and setting up of meetings, including preparing agenda, sending meeting reminders, etc.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAssist with coordination of CIBT business visas, FBI Background checks and Apostille\u0027s.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003ePrepare fee schedules for SOQ\u0027s and Proposals.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eInput and maintain client/matter information into Serengeti.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003ePrepare audit letters, retainers, and global invoices.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eCoordinate transfer of files with the Information Management Department.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eMaintaining Immigration office file records using ARM, including assisting with filing, shelving, indexing, requesting sub-folder labels from ARM and other clerical duties in existing files.\u003c/li\u003e

\u003cli\u003eApproximately 2 years on the job experience with progressive responsibilities for business, secretarial and administrative support in a professional services setting, supporting Immigration Shareholders and Associates.\u003c/li\u003e

\u003cli\u003eAbility to convert routine forms, reports, correspondence and the like from rough draft to final with a typing speed of 50 wpm.\u003c/li\u003e
