Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in telegram and package pickup and delivery service of telegraph office: Trains and supervises TELEGRAM MESSENGERS (tel. & tel.). Assigns pickup and delivery routes on basis of knowledge of area served. May keep time and activity records of department employees. May train and supervise TELEGRAPH-SERVICE RATERS (tel. & tel.). Performs other duties as described under SUPERVISOR (clerical) Master Title.
