Operates Teletype machine to transmit messages and train orders. Reads messages received and marks for distribution. Informs TRAIN DISPATCHER (r.r. trans.) by telephone of departure of outbound trains from yard or terminal. Replaces rolls of Teletype paper in machine as required.
