Profile

An Executive Assistant (EA) provides high-level administrative and organizational support to executives, enabling them to focus on core strategic direction. EAs manage daily tasks, including scheduling, travel arrangements, correspondence, and report preparation. They also often act as a point of contact for the executive, managing communication and maintaining confidential information. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing the executive's calendar.

  • Communication: Handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls.

  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinating flights, accommodations, and itineraries. 
  •  
  • Report and Document Preparation: Compiling data, preparing presentations, and organizing documents.

  • Meeting Coordination: Setting up meetings, conferences, and video calls. 
  •  
  • Administrative Support: Managing office duties, expense reports, and other day-to-day tasks.
