Profile

Develop and implement document management process and systems for Legacy Assets’ Projects documents and records. Maintain comprehensive procedures that document record management practices. Provide expertise and advice to the Legacy Assets team to maintain compliance and promote efficiencies through the use of document management.

Responsibilities

Conduct work in a manner consistent with safety protocols.

Implement document management for Legacy Assets’ Projects documents and records.

Maintain comprehensive procedures that document record management practices.

Conduct regular review and assessment of the document management program.

Communicate with key stakeholders to proactively ensure organizational understanding of the interrelationship of records and business processes.

Manage records retention, standards, procedures, work instructions, and other controlled documents in compliance with company policy, legal and regulatory requirements, and business needs.

Enforce Our Requirements (Group Level Documents – GLD) and Petroleum Business Critical Documents (BCD) requirement.

Establish and support processes that authorize individual access to repositories by evaluating users in accordance with policies.

Perform recurring risk assessment/audit processes related to document management.

Facilitate controlled document procedures and enable the business self-sufficiency in use of systems.

Liaise with Geoscience & Petroleum Document Management team (supporting audits, physical records management and electronic records requirements).

Coordinate and execute regular, collaborative project data rationalization/cleanup efforts.

Provide expertise and advice to the organization to maintain compliance and promote efficiencies through the use of the document management program.

Qualifications Required

5 years records management experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office software

Require minimal supervision

Analytical skills and decision making ability

Good communicator

Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented

Complete assignments on time

Interact professionally with staff

Work well in a team environment
