Morrison Mahoney LLP seeks a full-time high energy self-starter to support its busy Hartford, Connecticut office with various, multi-dimensional, administrative tasks.
This role is integral to the day-to-day function of the office. In this role, the operational support person will provide a broad range of support to help manage general office needs including, but not limited to, maintenance of litigation files (paper and electronic), creation of litigation support materials, inclusive of copying, mailing, binder compilation, assistance with preparation for remote proceedings; ensuring neat, orderly and well-stocked supply areas, and calendar maintenance/scheduling. The successful candidate is a very organized, detail-oriented team player who is reliable and capable of multi-tasking and taking direction in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for recent college graduates looking for experience in a legal setting.
