Our San Jose location has an immediate opening for a Litigation Paralegal.

Join a team of diverse professionals while assisting attorneys in handling all aspects of litigation. The qualified candidate will assist attorneys in answering interrogatories and preparing motions, complaints, briefs, and other legal documents; interviewing clients and witnesses for hearing, deposition and trial and perform all types of legal support work assigned as permitted by the rules of the State Bar.

Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 3 years’ experience working as a Paralegal AND Paralegal certificate or a degree in paralegal studies or the completion of at least one year of law school.

Preferred: Bachelor's degree and a Paralegal certificate from American Bar Association (ABA) approved program.

Experience Requirements: Three years' experience working in a civil litigation law firm.

Skills: Ability to work independently, see tasks through fruition, excellent attention to detail, and familiarity with electronic discovery platforms.
