If you have experience handling both internal and external partners' needs, enjoy client interaction and have a serious eye for the details, this could be the role for you!This role will support one of Aon's risk management clients in Nashville by providing professional, sophisticated and confidential support to a senior leadership team, its billable clients and the larger team.What the day will look likeCoordinate complex meeting logistics on- or off‑site including budgeting, travel, room reservations, meeting room logistics and materials, and cateringPrepare and produce presentations and correspondence and related materials, including editing for grammar, punctuation, and clarityAssist in the development and improvement of administrative procedures and processesProvide general leadership support on an as-needed basisLead the purchase order requisition process at the vendor and budget levelsAttend senior level meetings to coordinate the agenda, materials and to take notesProvide support for compliance, budgeting, forecasting, client invoicing and ongoing reportingHandle special projects independently and with knowledge of the budgetAssist the Administration Operations Manager (AOM) or business leader(s) with special projects as the need arisesSkills that will lead to successIf you are an excellent teammate, demonstrate flexibility and willingness to complete tasks as the need arises, can operate independently, meet deadlines, think critically and take initiative as appropriate, you will thrive!ExperienceMinimum of 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant with advanced‑level digital literacy in Microsoft Office Suite and other programs.EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor degree a plusWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
