\u003cp\u003eThe Nashville office of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell \u0026amp; Berkowitz seeks a Litigation Paralegal with at least 3- 4 years of insurance defense litigation experience, including but not limited to, exceptional writing skills, investigational skills with an emphasis in background research, diagnostic skills required for medical records analysis, and the ability to prepare detailed medical chronologies and investigational summaries. \u0026nbsp;All candidates must have either a Bachelor\u0027s Degree and/or a paralegal certificate from an ABA approved paralegal program.\u0026nbsp; Qualified candidates should possess strong organizational skills in the management of paper and electronic files and the ability to manage work for multiple attorneys and cases with discerning attention to detail. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, fact finding and investigations,\u0026nbsp; drafting, editing, and cite-checking pleadings, preparing and responding to discovery, preparing and attending depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials, and assisting in all facets of post-trial work.\u0026nbsp; Previous experience recording billable time is required, as is proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Excel, Word, and state and federal e-filing programs.\u0026nbsp;\u003c/p\u003e
