Duties Responsibilities
Prepare subpoenas
Arrange service of subpoenas and monitor affidavits of service
Draft Discovery, including Interrogatories and Request for Documents for attorney review
Assist clients with preparation of discovery responses
Prepare documents for production
Assist with preparation of trial notebooks
Conduct preliminary witness interviews
Scan, Fax, Photocopy and bates-stamp documents
Other duties as requested
Qualifications Experience Required
Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience at a law firm
Experience in divorce and family law a plus
Experience handling high volume clientele
Intermediate to Advanced skills in MS Word and Excel;
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficient Proofreading skills
Dedication to providing high-quality service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to manage multiple internal clients and be adaptable to the needs of each
