Profile

Experience with transactional documents and procedures or similar type work is required.
Successful candidates typically have experience processing closing/settlement documents and are familiar with the closing process.
Ability to manage and track multiple bond closings simultaneously.
Organizational abilities and attention to detail are essential.
Ability to professionally communicate with clients via email and telephone.
Must portray a polished, professional demeanor, and be able to maintain confidentiality while handling both client-related work as well as administrative duties as it relates to the Office Managing Partner’s responsibilities.
Must be able to manage attorney communications, prepare and process documents, write clearly and concisely and maintain schedules and calendars.
The successful candidate will be self-directed, high energy with advanced computer skills.
