- Full-Time, Day - Ascension Macomb-Oakland Hospital, Warren, MI - 9 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday thru Friday. May work weekends and/or holidays.

What You Will Do
As an associate with Ascension St. John Health-MI, you will have the opportunity to perform a variety of administrative duties to support the assigned department(s).
Composes, types and transcribes correspondence, forms, reports, presentation materials and other written communications as required.
Receives and screens visitors and telephone calls, and handles general inquiries.
Schedules/coordinates meetings, conferences, special events, appointments and travel arrangements. Maintains assigned calendar(s).
Establishes and maintains filing systems. Orders and stocks supplies.
May provide support to physician practices.
May provide department specific support.
Performs all other duties and projects as assigned.
What You Will Need
HS or Equivalent
High school diploma required
Between one and two years of progressively more responsible experience is required.
