Job Description:
The Associate Business Admin Support will:
Provide administrative support based on needs of department
Support department meetings.
SERP Time Writing and SAP TMS expenses first line support:
General and basic issues
Ensure compliance
Staff onboarding and offboarding and all the corresponding activities
Book complex trips and visas
Document management:
Coordinate technical reports, if applicable
Filing activities
Downloading and uploading files in Livelink and Sharepoint
Maintain shared folders
Department Records Focal Point
General administrative support
Complex or large scanning and printing
Reproduction, binding, typing, and faxing
Work with events coordinator to arrange off- site workshops, conferences, meetings, and events
Enter data and assist others in IQN, as applicable
Coach technical staff with administrative tasks which do not fall under the scope of administrative support. This includes use of the available self-help tools, e.g., Book IT, HR Online, SERP.
Usage and administration of departmental credit cards for defined low value, low risk procurement
Create and update organograms
Support for Managed Open Resourcing rounds
Open Resourcing job postings
Apply and encourage best practices globally across P&T
Comply with processes and procedures while safeguarding the relations with technical staff
Provide support to a broad P&T
business/technical community.

Requirements:
Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 3 years of experience
Able to learn SAP, SERP Timewriting and an understanding of SERP policies and procedures support is a requirement, including entering data, running reports, and analyzing errors/issues and interfacing with Support Team.
Familiarity with RETAIN and IQN is a plus.
Proficient with standard Microsoft Office software
Experience with P&T business support systems
Experience with various business support tools/systemsGood interpersonal skills and a strong customer service attitude
