Candidates must be flexible as the final shift schedule is anticipated to be Tuesday – Saturday with hours TBD.



*Provide diversified clerical support for several people in a fast paced department. *Perform data entry and email communication in an accurate and timely manner. *Track, update and publish daily reports *Responsible for special tasks as assigned.



Knowledge of Windows based applications and spreadsheet software (Excel, Access, etc.), ability to work with limited supervision, ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and ability to keep confidentiality.

*Ability to self-motivate and follow through on tasks. *Ability to be flexible in job duties. *Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. *Strong organizational skills. *Must be able to work independently as well as within a team. *Strong attention to detail *Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook *Knowledge of Distribution Center (DC) internal operations and procedures *Must be comfortable taking direction from many different people.

 Minimum experience required: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows
