\u003cli\u003ePerform a variety of general office support duties: copying, scanning and faxing of documents, distribution of correspondence and packages received in the human resource department.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eResearch, compile and analyze data for special employment projects and reports.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eOrganizes corporate Human Resources functions, including employee holiday buffet, employee family picnic, employee service recognition, and hospital week activities.\u0026nbsp; Organizes other events as requested.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eCoordinates all aspects of Service Recognition Program, including preparing monthly certificates for milestone anniversary and odd year cards.\u0026nbsp; Process tenure bonus payments for payroll.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eMaintains ACE of Hearts/Star Performer Program; includes posting all nominations to log, conducting monthly and annual drawings for winners, prepares letters to winners and managers, and distributes monthly report.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAdministers the Helping Hands Program and Beacon of Light Program.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eServes as chairman of Employee Focus Committee.\u0026nbsp; Coordinates and organizes meetings.\u0026nbsp; Creates employee communication and notifications, coordinates ticket sales for events as needed, orders supplies and processes payments as needed.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003ePrepares and distributes the monthly employee \u003cem\u003eACE\u003c/em\u003e newsletter.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eCoordinates special mailings as needed.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eUpdates payroll records by reviewing and approving changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job titles, and department/division transfers.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAssist the HRIS Administrator with creating employee ID badges and with management of the ID database.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eParticipates in department performance improvement activities as assigned and attends required training.\u003c/li\u003e

\u003cli\u003eAbility to understand and follow instructions.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eMust have technical and/or PC skills sufficient to have working knowledge of multiple software programs, i.e. Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel, UltiPro etc.\u003c/li\u003e
