Duties & Responsibilities
Greet clients and guests of the firm in a friendly and professional manner
Maintain the professional presentation of the office
Receive and send mail and couriers
Handle maintenance calls, order office supplies, and troubleshoot photocopiers and printers
Enter new clients in database and open client files
Office filing
Update File Indexes
Enter time as requested
Other clerical duties as required
Qualifications Experience Required
Minimum of 1 year experience in a professional office environment
Experience handling busy reception area, a plus
Basic to Intermediate skills in MS Word and Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
