Position Description:

The Project Specialist is responsible for providing administrative support, preparing materials and reports, and overseeing projects for a department or function. This role will interact with varying levels of employees inside and outside of the department and function, as well as external vendors and members of the community, in relation to active projects, invoice payments, sponsorship/contribution requests, etc. Responsible for day-to-day administrative support activities such as written and verbal correspondence, calendar management, travel planning and expense reporting and other office related duties as needed.

Position Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED with 6 years Administrative experience in a business environment.

Additional Requirements:

Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Must be detail oriented and able to work with confidential information.

Ability to work independently.

Excellent interpersonal and judgement skills.

Other Preferred Qualifications:

Legal Administrative experience.
