Job Summary/Essential Duties:
- Provides project assistance to CHI Health Clinic Leadership/Administration to complete assigned projects. Conducts research, gathers data and information, and performs analysis to lead to conclusions and recommendations on assigned projects. Ensures timely follow-up on assigned projects.
 
- Prepares presentations and reports as requested. Synthesizes information to create graphical and text presentations. Maintains proficiency with graphical, analytical and other software as needed to create meaningful presentations and reports.
 
- Writes reports as needed. Initiates and maintains standardized reports as assigned and agreed upon, including such things as budget reconciliation, committee meeting minutes, and quality tracking.
 
- Communicates with internal and external audiences, including physicians, to obtain information or otherwise assist in project completion.
 
- Takes personal initiative to prepare drafts of correspondence and other documents required on a timely basis. Composes letters and memoranda in response to inquiries as directed.
 
- Coordinates with other Department and Administrative Support on items of common interest and involvement, including vacation coverage and appropriate allocation of resources.
 
- Development and maintenance of project tracking for clinic initiatives.
 
Hours: Typical M-F 8-5 with occasional evening','!*!QUALIFICATIONS:
 
Experience
Preferred:
A minimum of 5 years administrative assistant or Executive Secretary experience at the Senior Management level, preferably in a health care environment.
 
Education/Licensure
Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Administration or related field
 
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Ability to type 60 wpm required.  Requires demonstrated expertise using Microsoft Word, spreadsheet software, and experience in LAN and Windows operating environments.  Must possess strong knowledge of all areas of Quality; strong time management and organizational skills; ability to work independently; excellent listening skills, very good oral and written communication skills; good knowledge of grammar and sentence structure; excellent problem solving skills, good planning skills; strong customer service skills; must demonstrate personal traits of a high level or motivation; team orientation; professionalism; trust and place a high value on treating others with dignity and respect.
