Multi-State debt collection law firm is seeking a full-time assistant to work in our Charleston, SC office. Individual will be part of a fast paced operations team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage all incoming and outgoing mail for the litigation legal team
  • Prepare, review, and assemble all legal documents
  • Assist with docket management
  • Communicate with courts, opposing counsel, and process servers
  • Track and receive all media, affidavits, and pleadings
  • Generate and track all judgment documents
  • Enter all applicable information into firm's case management system

Qualified candidates must be energetic, reliable, detail oriented, be able to prioritize in order to meet goals and possess good problem solving skills. Applicants should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Database Management systems.

Collections or law firm experience a plus. Interested candidates must submit a resume.

Must be or be willing to become a licensed notary.


Eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, and Company paid Life Insurance on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.

Must be able to pass a 10-year national background check and drug screening.

Salary dependent upon qualifications.
