Vannova Legal is seeking an experienced customer-service oriented paralegal. Responsibilities include:
Client coordination by phone and in person
Client intake
Petition and schedule review and filing
Coordination of Chapter 13 Plans
Litigation support
Case management, including docketing and calendaring
Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy expertise is essential. Experience with Chapter 11 bankruptcy, collections and real estate law is desirable. Must be detail-oriented.
Skill Requirements:
Proficient in Best Case and Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Experience managing a large case load
Ability to maintain confidential legal files
Ability to proofread
Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
