\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS\u003c/strong\u003e\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Demonstrate the Telecare mission, purpose, values and beliefs in everyday language and contact with the internal and external stakeholders\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Identifies client needs and assists them in identifying and obtaining required forms and documents required for filing with court\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Responsible for tracking key dates for legal processes by notifying staff and court team\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Copy and prepare documents for court \u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Identifies communication needs with staff and court\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Coordinates key dates and filings with the court\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Identify court filing dates as they relate to approaching deadlines \u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Must assist as needed with de-escalation and restraint of clients in the event of assaultive behavior and pass assault crisis/crisis prevention training and maintain current certification (CPI)\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Work effectively as a team member, participating in treatment team meetings and other client care coordination activities\u003cbr /\u003eDuties and responsibilities may be added, deleted and/or changed at the discretion of management.\u003cbr /\u003e\u003cbr /\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eQUALIFICATIONS\u003c/strong\u003e\u003cbr /\u003eRequired: \u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Bachelor\u0026rsquo;s degree and one (1) year of office experience Or\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; High School Diploma or GED, and one (1) year of college and three (3) years of progressively responsible office experience \u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Customer Service experience\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Advance computer skills\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Excellent communication skills \u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Must be at least 18 years of age\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Must be CPR, and First Aid certified on date of employment and maintain current certification throughout employment \u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification.
