Administrative Operations Assistant - Infrastructure','180023S2','!*!Join the #1 hospital in Wisconsin!We are seeking an Administrative Operations Assistant - Infrastructure to: Provide leadership support with management of calendars, maintenance of agendas, taking meeting minutes, and the coordination of activities and schedules of management and department teams.Compose and prepare correspondence, newsletters, presentations, and additional materials as neededIn partnership with department leadership, coordinate administrative aspects of a department, unit, project or area, including preparation of reports, researching issues and assistance in updating policies, procedures, manuals, and administrative tools.','!*!Education:Minimum - High School diploma or equivalentPreferred - Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or related fieldWork Experience:Minimum - One year of experience in an administrative support rolePreferred - Three years of experience in an administrative support function. Previous experience in a health care setting.Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:Ability to plan and organize the workflow in a busy office/unit environment and be self-directed and work with minimal supervisionPrepare and run financial reports, invoice processingAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, department administrative staff, interdepartmental contacts and the general publicAbility to be flexible in response to changing demandsPhysical Requirements: Sedentary: Ability to lift up to 10 pounds maximum and occasionally lifting and/or carrying such articles as dockets, ledgers and small tools. Although a sedentary job is defined as one, which involves sitting, a certain amount of walking and standing is often necessary in carrying out job duties.
