Summary Provide administrative support to the marketing
department reporting to Administrative Manager Duties
& Responsibilities Provide Administrative Support to Marketing, including but not limited to
preparing and maintaining Word and Excel documentProofread and draft correspondence while ensuring accuracy of grammar and
spellingRun monthly reports.Work on special projects as requested.Schedule meetings, maintain calendar, book appointments and distribute key
information to executive management.Prepare and maintain required departmental documents and files as needed.Handle all incoming request from a variety internal and external sources (i.e.
phone calls, visitors, executives), which requires judgment and interpersonal
skills.Must have the ability to handle confidential information.

Excellent computer skills including Microsoft
Proficient skills and detailed understanding of Excel
Great attitude and willingness to help and assist
Strong work ethic and a high level of integrity.
Must be able to maintain the highest level of
Strong verbal and written communication
skills. Ability to be detailed and thorough, multi-tasked and work as a team
playerAbility to provide general guidance to others and train lower level
employees. Track record of strong work ethics and integrity with a sincere desire
to make a difference.Organizational skills a must.
High school diploma or equivalent is
required, college degree preferred.
Flexibility to work at all One World locations: Star Island, Cypress
Palms, and ReunionExperience is timeshare, vacation ownership, hotel, hospitality a plus
Exceptional computer skills and thorough knowledge of
Knowledge of CRS.
College degree preferred, but not required.
To assist with training of new
hiresTo assist with implementing of new
processes, rollouts, additional training as needed with team etc…..To assist with various task
assigned by managerPartnering healthy relationships
with Management (Sales & Marketing)Provide various reports as neededTeam leader – act by exampleProvides supervision in the absence
