Profile

Provides administrative support to the Director and other staff. Duties include general office and support services.
* Posting for billing
* Pre-authorizations for medication
* Maintains order and documentation of patient charts
* Answers incoming calls, takes messages or routes them to voicemail
* Performs clerical duties, copying, filing and preparing memos
* Interacts with insurance companies
* Schedules, discharges, and making confirmation calls
* Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma/GED at a minimum
Prior relevant experience desired
Excellent customer facing and telephone skills
Skilled in Microsoft Office Applications
Strong prioritization and organizational skills
Fluent English speaking/written communication skills
Ability to follow oral and written instructions
A heartfelt compassion for this line of work
An up-beat and engaging personality
